Yes. I make each custom knife by hand in Harbor City, California. I use machines throughout the process, with grinding, fitting, finishing, and final adjustments handled individually.

I work on each knife individually, from grinding and fitting the parts to adjusting the action and lockup. Materials and finishes vary between pieces, including knives made to the same pattern.

Both. Each knife is built as a working cutting tool. Materials and finishes will show wear with use, and some need more care than others.

Materials vary by piece. I work with blade steels, titanium, zirconium, wood, Micarta, G-10, and carbon fiber. Individual knife pages list the materials and specifications for that build.
